It snowed today. Little flakes of beauty falling from heaven, each one exquisitely crafted and completely unique. Yet they fall to the ground and melt in a puddle, their individual beauty fading, quietly unnoticed by all but the One who created them.
Do you feel like a snowflake? Falling to the ground, feeling unnoticed and purposeless? Then know this; All of Heaven sees you and celebrates you —the uniqueness that you bring to this earth. And the One who created you, the Master artist, looks upon you and smiles.
When a snowflake falls to the ground its not the end, for the sun comes out and draws it back to itself, recreates its beauty and sends it back to Earth to be discovered again.
And when you fall, The Son, God’s beloved, shines on YOU and draws you to Himself and recreates you. He makes you brand new. Beauty in exchange for brokenness.
Your Creator notices you. His focus is towards you and for you. He sees the beauty in you, in your falling and your rising, when you are noticed and when you are not. Like a new Daddy, He proudly smiles over you, His heart swelling with love. You really do bring Him great JOY.
